When installing, you need to read carefully and decide whether to accept the terms of this agreement. You may not install this software on your computer unless you accept the terms of this agreement.

This agreement is a legal agreement between you and Kingsoft on Kingsoft attached to this agreement. This software includes the attached computer software and may include printed materials of relevant documents. Once you install the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you may not install or use this software.
This software is protected by copyright law, international copyright treaties and other intellectual property laws and treaties. This software is only authorized for use and may not be sold.
1. Jinshan Company grants you the non-exclusive right to use this software in Chinese mainland (except Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Province Province in China). You can:
1. Install, use, display and run (run) a copy of this software on a computer, workstation, terminal, handheld computer or other digital electronic instrument ("computer").
2. Make a backup copy to prevent the copy from being damaged. These backup copies shall not be provided to others for use in any way. When you lose the ownership of the legal copies, you shall be responsible for destroying the backup copies.
3. Make necessary modifications in order to use the software in the actual computer application environment or improve its function and performance; However, unless otherwise agreed in the contract, the modified software shall not be provided to any third party without the permission of Jinshan Company.
Second, you promise:
1. Use, copy, modify, lease or transfer this software or any part thereof outside the terms stipulated in this agreement.
2. Use this software only on one computer; The Software license may not be used on different computers at the same time.
3. Use this software in a multi-user environment or network software only under one of the following circumstances. This software is explicitly authorized for multi-user environment or network software; Alternatively, each node and terminal that uses the software has purchased a license.
4. Don't reverse engineer, compile or disassemble the software.
5. Do not rent, lease or lend this software product.
6. Include all copyright marks on all copies of the software.
Third, the software transfer:
You can permanently transfer all your rights under this agreement, and your license rights will automatically terminate after the transfer. The conditions for the transfer are:
1. You cannot keep a copy;
2. Transfer all parts of the software product (including all components, media and printed materials, any upgraded version and this Agreement);
3. The transferee accepts the terms of this agreement;
4. If the software product is an upgraded version, any transfer must include all previous versions of the software product;
Fourth, support services:
1. Jinshan Company provides you with support services related to this software ("Support Services").
2. The use of support services is subject to the policies and plans described in the user manual or other materials provided by Kingsoft.
3. Any additional software code provided to you as part of the support service shall be regarded as a part of the software and shall comply with the terms of this agreement.
4. The technical information you provided to Jinshan Company as part of the support service can be used by Jinshan Company for commercial purposes, including product support and development. Jinshan company will not mention you personally when using these technical information, except when it is necessary to provide you with support.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) Software replacement, modification and upgrade:
1. Jinshan Company reserves the right to replace, modify or upgrade the software at any time by providing you with a replacement version or modified version of the software or such an upgraded version, and the right to charge fees for such replacement, modification or upgrade.
2. Any replacement version, modified software code or upgraded version of this software provided by Jinshan Company will be regarded as a part of this software and be bound by the terms of this agreement (unless this agreement is replaced by another agreement attached to the replacement or modified version or upgraded version of this software).
3. If Jinshan Company provides a replacement or modified version or any upgraded version of this software, you will continue to use this software on the condition that you accept such replacement or modified version or upgraded version of this software and any accompanying replacement agreement, and your use of all previous versions of this software will be terminated due to the replacement or modified version of this software.
Reservation of intransitive verb rights:
All other rights not expressly granted belong to Jinshan Company.
Seven. Copyright of the software:
1. The name of this "Software Product" and all its copies are the same as the company name indicated in the CD or this software.
2. The property rights and copyrights of this software product (including but not limited to any images, photos, animations, videos, recordings, music, texts and additional programs contained in this software), attached printed materials and any copies of this software belong to Kingsoft.
3. This software and documents are protected by the copyright laws of the state and the provisions of international treaties.
4. You cannot delete the copyright notice of this software; And guarantee to copy the copyright notice (in whole or in part) of this software copy. You agree to stop illegally copying this software and documentation in any form.
5. You must not copy the printed materials attached to this software.
Eight, export restrictions:
You agree not to export or re-export this software, any part thereof or any program or service directly generated by this software to any country or region outside Chinese mainland.
Nine, after-sales guarantee:
1. Jinshan Company guarantees that its software carrier is free from defects in materials or workmanship within 90 days from the date of sale under normal use. When the defects are verified, Jinshan Company's full responsibility is to return its software carrier as compensation for you.
2. The after-sales guarantee is invalid because of the carrier defect caused by accident, abuse or misuse.
3. The returned carrier enjoys the remaining time of the original warranty period, or a 30-day warranty; Give priority to their elders.
4. In addition to the above, this software does not enjoy any other form of after-sales guarantee.
X. limited liability:
The above guarantees, whether express or implied, are all the contents of the guarantee, including the guarantee of the goods and the adaptability to the special application purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Kingsoft or its suppliers will not compensate for any indirect, accidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive or other damages (including but not limited to personal injury or property loss, loss of profits, business interruption and loss of business information) caused by or related to the use or inability to use this software. Compensation for damages caused by privacy disclosure due to failure to perform any responsibilities including goodwill or considerable attention, compensation for damages caused by negligence or compensation for damages caused by any money loss or any other loss), even if Jinshan Company or any of its suppliers are informed of the possibility of such damages in advance. Even if the remedial measures fail to achieve the expected purpose, the exclusion clause for damages is still valid.
XI。 Termination of license
1. If you fail to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement, Kingsoft may terminate this agreement without damaging other rights. When you terminate this agreement, you must immediately destroy all copies of this software or return them to Kingsoft.
2. Jinshan Company may replace this agreement by providing you with this software or any replacement or modified version or upgraded version of this software, and stipulate that you will continue to use this software or such replacement, modified or upgraded version to terminate this agreement, provided that you accept this replacement agreement.
Twelve. Applicable and governing law:
This agreement is governed by the Copyright Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Computer Software, the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Patent Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of People's Republic of China (PRC).
At this time, you must have read and understood this agreement in detail and agree to strictly abide by the terms and conditions.
Note: The intellectual property rights and legal liabilities of other software attached to this software shall be enjoyed and borne by the attached software provider.
