What is the difference between a patent inventor, designer and patentee?

1. Patent inventor refers to a person who has made creative contributions to the substantive features of invention-creation; Generally speaking, this invention was made by someone or some people. They are called inventors. Note that the inventor can only be a natural person;

2. Designer: This is similar to the concept of patent inventor, but the designer is relative to the appearance patent;

3. Patent holder: refers to the owner and right holder of the patent. Please note that people here can be a unit;

The patent inventor is not necessarily the patentee, because the service invention is involved, and the service invention patent right belongs to the unit. Of course, if there is an agreement before, it shall be followed.
