It was not until the national standard GB 18445-200 1 was released that it was really popularized and applied, which attracted the attention of the majority of waterproof engineering design units and waterproof construction units. Since 2002, the design and construction consumption of coastal cities in North China, Northeast China, East China and South China has increased at an alarming rate of 8 ~ 10 times a year. Although the total usage of inland areas such as North China, Northwest China and Central China is far less than that of coastal cities, it has also formed a sense of * * *, which is generally recognized and gradually accepted.

Let's put aside the controversy about CCCW products from all sides of the market for the time being. As far as marketing and application are concerned, CCCW is definitely one of the fastest developing and most widely used waterproof materials. Because of the rapid product promotion, superior performance, convenient production, stable quality, simple construction and considerable profits, more and more manufacturers rush headlong into it.

The so-called CCCW, which has been widely used in the market, can be roughly divided into three products. The first category is products that are all imported or processed in China with imported masterbatch, mainly imported products from Malaysia, the United States and Canada, as well as several well-known domestic brand products. Because all imported products are too expensive, the circulation in the market is not ideal; Domestic brand products have become the mainstream products of major engineering projects in the domestic market because of their excellent and stable quality, remarkable engineering performance and acceptable price. Second, the products are processed and produced with the masterbatch developed in China (they call it catalyst or activator), mainly in major engineering colleges and scientific research units. These products have the support of R&D strength, the reputation of scientific research institutes and the relationship with design departments, so their market share is gradually increasing. Third, products made of domestic dry powder materials, or even products directly replaced by rigid waterproof plugging materials in the market, are mainly small and medium-sized waterproof companies produced and constructed in various places. Due to some defects in the inspection indicators of CCCW international standards, it is difficult for individual inspection departments to master the standards or relax the implementation standards during product inspection, and even make money have side effects. In addition, product users blindly demand to reduce the construction cost, and most technicians on the construction site do not really understand the performance characteristics of CCCW products. Therefore, this kind of products has become the main factor that confuses right and wrong in CCCW product market.

In fact, the sales price of all products processed with imported masterbatch as catalyst is basically positioned at 16000 ~ 25000 yuan/ton, and the production cost and profit index of different manufacturers are different. It is normal that the sales price of products processed by domestic masterbatch (mostly containing imported active substances) is basically positioned at 10000 ~ 15000 yuan/ton. It is normal to prepare or substitute products by yourself (in fact, it can't be called CCCW products), and the market sales price is basically 5000 ~ 9000 yuan/ton. The positioning of market price is not for you to choose the best, but as a basis for judgment, which can let many construction units know roughly what kind of CCCW products you buy.

It is worth reminding that because most users don't really understand the characteristics of CCCW products, they only use the copy of the inspection report provided by the manufacturer as the basis for judgment, and the results are often easily deceived. Not to mention the authenticity of the report itself, in fact, products with test results far higher than national standards are more likely to be non-genuine or even substitutes. Because the imported active masterbatch of CCCW products will have a negative impact on the flexural and compressive strength, the flexural and compressive strength of CCCW products is set very low in the national standards, and the strength of rigid waterproof and plugging materials is much higher than that of CCCW products. Secondly, CCCW products are characterized by osmotic crystallization, and their impermeability is gradually improved under the premise of moisture, and the longer the time, the more obvious the effect. When CCCW products form waterproof coating in the early stage, its impermeability is not high, and the national standard sets the secondary impermeability index at ≥0.8MPa, which is already a very high requirement. And some products, according to the inspection report, the secondary impermeability data is as high as 1.0MPa, which has only three possibilities: first, the products are particularly good; Second, the coating thickness increases during testing; Third, it is not a real CCCW product.
