What is the installation method of wall-mounted toilet?

Wall-hung toilet is composed of a concealed water tank and a toilet. A false wall should be built behind the toilet, and the pipelines should be sealed in the false wall. The installation cost is relatively high, but it saves space and facilitates cleaning. Wall-mounted toilets are suitable for wall drainage (the toilet's sewage outlet is on the wall). The specific installation process is: Determine the treatment of the sewage outlet in the center of the sewage pipe, install it in place, install the accessories, and test the water flow.

Wall-hung toilet installation steps

Step one: adjust the height of the water tank

Side-press water tank: According to the thickness of the decorative layer The horizontal line to the bottom of the adjustable foot of the bracket is 100cm+Xcm.

Top push water tank: According to the thickness of the decorative layer Xcm, the distance from the top of the bracket to the bottom of the adjustable feet of the bracket is 82cm+Xcm. The bracket adjustment legs can only be adjusted to a maximum of 20cm without special lengthening.

Step 2: Fixing screws

The installation of the water tank bracket is mainly fixed by 4 screws, two on the upper part of the bracket and two on the supporting feet; at the same time, all screws on the water tank bracket must be tightened .

During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the surface of the water tank bracket is horizontal and the elevation is vertical.

Step 3: Water supply pipe connection

The water inlet of the water tank should be connected to the indoor water supply pipe (hard pipe) and the water inlet angle valve of the water tank.

It is strictly prohibited to install the angle valve in the water tank outside the tank to avoid opening and closing the angle valve during cleaning and maintenance of the water tank.

It is strictly forbidden to use a hose to connect the water supply pipe and the water tank angle valve. The pipe pressure and the quality of the hose may cause leakage. In case of leakage, the false wall must be destroyed to repair it.

Step 4: Drainage pipe installation

If the original pit location is used to install a concealed water tank, the short pipe connecting the water tank and the drainage pipe must be larger than 90 to prevent blockage.

Step 5: Installation of protective devices

All protective devices should be installed before making the false wall and installing the decorative layer.

Install the screw protection hose, divide it into two parts, and put them on the front and rear ends of the screw respectively to avoid blocking the screw holes when building false walls or installing decorative layers.

Step 6: False wall production

Light steel keel + moisture-proof gypsum board: The surfaces of the light steel keel and water tank bracket must be smooth, and a water tank protection frame and flushing pipe are reserved on the gypsum board , drain pipe, screw position, the gypsum board surface must be close to the surface of the bracket and fixed. The water tank bracket should be filled with bricks or concrete below the elbow of the toilet to prevent the decorative material from cracking when the toilet is used because the gypsum board is not tightly attached to the bracket.

Gray bricks + steel mesh: Use bricks on the edges and gaps of the water tank bracket to keep it smooth with the surface of the bracket. Seal the water tank bracket as a whole with a steel mesh slightly larger than the bracket, and fix the steel mesh to the brick wall. If necessary, two layers of steel mesh can be sealed.

Red bricks: Seal the edges and gaps of the water tank bracket with red bricks, build a 50mm red brick wall in front of the water tank, and reserve the position of the water tank protection frame, flush pipe, drainage pipe, and screw. The minimum thickness of red bricks is about 50mm.

Step 7: Hanging toilet installation

After the false wall decoration is completed and the ceramic tiles have been laid, stick the sound insulation pad on the decorative wall, measure and cut the pipes, and then Install the toilet in the screw position. The length of the screw exceeds the ceramic surface and secures the toilet to the wall. When installing a wall-mounted toilet, pay attention to adjusting the horizontal position of the toilet. After the installation is complete, cut off the excess soundproofing pad and you're done.
