What conditions must be met for the evaluation of senior professional titles?

There are two main conditions for evaluating senior professional titles:

(1) After obtaining the title of engineer, he has been engaged in the technical work of this major for over 10 years, and can make an exception after being recommended by two full-time and senior engineers in this major or similar majors.

(2) Having worked as an engineer for 3 years. During his current position, he meets one of the following conditions:

(1) The main finishers (top 3 majors) of the winning projects above the second prize of the National Science and Technology Achievement Award.

(2) the first prize winner of the provincial (ministerial) level scientific and technological achievement award (the top 3 majors).

(3) The main finishers (top 3 professionals) who won the China Patent Excellence Award and the Guangdong Patent Gold Award.

(4) technicians who have been recognized as "famous craftsmen of traditional architecture in Guangdong Province".
