Improper use of the rights of others refers to trademark infringement other than counterfeiting, copyright infringement other than piracy, patent infringement and other acts that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others. Deduct points according to the seriousness of the case, and deduct 8 points for minor cases each time; If the circumstances are serious, 25 points will be deducted for each serious violation; If the circumstances are particularly serious and have a significant impact, the penalty will be 100 for each serious violation.

Including but not limited to the following situations:

The seller improperly uses the rights of others in the published commodity information, pictures, store names and domain names;

The seller who sells goods is suspected of improper use of other people's trademark rights, copyrights, patents and other legal rights;

The commodity information released by the seller or other information used by the seller causes confusion, misunderstanding or unfair competition among consumers. Complaints made by the same obligee to the same seller within 3 days are regarded as complaints.

In case of infringement in violation of the provisions of this article, JD.COM has the right to delete the goods or information released by the seller that improperly use the rights of others. At the same time, JD.COM has the right to take market supervision measures such as closing stores and restricting the release of goods according to the seriousness of the case.
