Trimble is a small brand of total stations.
Trimble Navigation Company was founded in 1978 and has been an industry leader in the development and practical application of GPS technology for more than 20 years. With more than 150 million in capital investment in the past three years, Trimble has always maintained its leading position in surveying and mapping technology and closely integrated positioning technology with our daily lives. With more than 512 registered GPS patents, Trimble is proud of its technological cornerstone and has established a solid market position with its advanced and durable features. Today, Trimble's technology plays an irreplaceable role in navigation, precise timing, wireless network synchronization, high-precision geodetic engineering comprehensive solutions, precision agriculture, etc. Trimble has been committed to the development of high-precision continuous operation base station GPS equipment for many years. The application of new technologies has enabled Trimble's equipment to be widely used in earthquake-plate motion monitoring, subsidence deformation monitoring, meteorological observation, and other high-precision application fields around the world. The emergence of VRS virtual reference station technology has given the fixed GPS observation network the ability to provide a variety of services, so that all users in the GPS network who need positioning such as transportation, surveying and mapping, environmental protection, municipal administration, exploration, pipelines, etc. can receive services, greatly improving the network Utilization rate and urban management level. In 2000, Trimble acquired Spectrum Precision, which enhanced the company's capabilities in mechanical control, surveying, agriculture, and high-precision solutions, especially in optical products such as laser products and total stations. In the same year, Trimble's acquisition of TDS gave Trimble a leading position in the data collection software and hardware and GIS data collection markets. In 2003, Trimble established a new joint venture with Japan's Nikon to design and produce optical surveying and mapping products, and is responsible for the sales of Nikon's optical surveying and mapping products outside Japan. In July, it acquired the Canadian company Applanix and successfully entered the field of inertial navigation/GPS combined technology. Trimble was founded in 1978 and is headquartered in Sunnyvale, California. It has 3,600 employees distributed in 18 countries around the world. In June 1998, Trimble established its first representative office in Beijing, China, to directly provide Chinese users with advanced products and good services. With the rapid development of China's economy, Trimble has grown rapidly in the Chinese market and has become the most powerful leader in the industry. As the number of users increases and products become increasingly rich, higher requirements are placed on Trimble. In September 2005, Trimble established the Asia-Pacific training, support and service center in Shanghai, China. In August 2007, the first factory in China was grandly opened, located at No. 311 Fute Middle Road, Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, Shanghai. Looking to the future, Trimble will continue to support China's modernization construction with its more outstanding technology and full enthusiasm.
