The object of patent protection is invention and creation. Article 2 of the Patent Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): Invention-creation as mentioned in this Law refers to inventions, utility models and designs. According to the law of our country, there are two kinds of intellectual achievements that can be patented, one is technical scheme and the other is design scheme. As for the technical scheme and design scheme, you can apply for three patents: invention, utility model and design. Paragraph 3: The term "design" as mentioned in the Patent Law refers to a new design that is aesthetically pleasing and suitable for industrial application based on the shape, pattern or their combination, as well as the combination of color, shape and pattern.
