Yemen has adopted a unified intellectual property law, namely Decree No.200 1. 1994. This law abolished the trademarks and trade names of Decree No.2000. 1976 No.45 and civil law No.0/757-1927, protecting intellectual property rights. According to the decision of the Minister of Justice, from June1995165438+10, the Trademark Registry in Aden officially handed over all applications, registrations and records related to trademarks, patents and designs to the Trademark Registry under the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Sana 'a. According to this decision, Sana 'a Trademark Registry will take over all applications.
