The invention relates to the field of tea packaging machinery, in particular to an overturning claw mechanism which is simple in structure and convenient to operate and can efficiently complete the tea packaging process.
The overturning claw mechanism of the invention comprises a claw seat, an overturning mechanism and a transmission device. A plurality of claws are fixed on the claw seats for clamping the bag and completing the tea packaging. The turnover mechanism and the transmission device are both arranged below the jaw seat. The overturning mechanism comprises an overturning arm and a bracket, and the overturning arm is connected with the jaw seat through the bracket. The transmission device comprises a motor, a reducer and a transmission chain, wherein the motor transmits power to the transmission chain through the reducer, and the transmission chain transmits power to the jaw seat and the overturning mechanism to realize the movement of the jaw seat and the overturning mechanism.
When in use, the claw seat and the turnover mechanism move forward through the transmission device, and when the bag to be packaged enters the claw seat, the claw clamps the bag. Then, the transmission device rotates the claw seat and the overturning mechanism upwards to overturn the clamped bag up and down, and then rotates the claw seat and the overturning mechanism downwards, so that the bag is clamped again. Finally, the transmission device moves the claw seat and the turnover mechanism backwards to complete the packaging process.
The invention is simple in structure, convenient to operate, capable of efficiently completing the tea packaging process, and has practicability and industrial application value.
