The clinical application of etoposide epa ethanolamine salt was studied in this paper. The most important serious adverse reactions of etoposepa ethanolamine are hepatotoxicity and thrombosis/thrombotic events. It can lead to abnormal indexes of liver function test, severe hepatotoxicity and potentially fatal liver injury. Patients with liver disease should use this product with caution. ITP patients with impaired liver function should start to use this product at a lower dose. The most common adverse reactions (at least 10% patients) include: headache, anemia, loss of appetite, insomnia, cough, nausea, diarrhea, alopecia, itching, myalgia, fever, fatigue, flu-like diseases, weakness, chills and peripheral edema.
