When the spring is tightened, the upper and lower coils of adjacent spiral springs in the spring mattress are staggered respectively to form the spring core of the mattress. Then use wire cutters to bend both ends of the spring-piercing steel wire and tighten it on the spring ring. That is, simple, fast, firm and reliable.
(2) blanking
The quilting layer consists of an upper part and a lower part, which are respectively connected with the spring bed core of the mattress. When cutting, it is necessary to leave a margin between the quilted layer and the edge seam. The usual practice is to make the non-woven fabric larger than the fabric size when quilting, connect the long part of the non-woven fabric with the edge steel and fasten the quilted layer on the edge steel. Therefore, when cutting composite fabrics, the allowance of non-woven fabrics should be reserved. In addition, when buttons are decorated on both sides of the mattress, the concave edge of the fabric with tightened buttons should be reserved.
(3) Blanket pressing and brown paper pressing
Paving brown silk mat: spread the prepared mat with the thickness of 15 ~ 30 mm on the upper and lower sides and around the mattress, and nail the mat on the side steel with a brown mat gun. Check whether there are bulges and spikes in the bed core with padding, and whether the tips at both ends of spikes pierce the cotton felt to ensure that the surface of the bed core is clean and free of sundries.
(4) perimeter
The upper and lower quilted layers and peripheral edges are carefully stitched together with peripheral edge tapes to form peripheral thick line edge strips on the upper and lower surfaces of the mattress. The seam edge should be straight, and the arc around it should be uniform and symmetrical; The final mattress is usually sewn by a sewing machine.
(5) check
Applying vertical downward earth force on the horizontal mattress surface will cause the displacement of the mattress surface along the stress direction. Only after it is qualified can it be packaged and sealed, and the product can leave the factory.
