"The new social class? It mainly includes four groups:
1. Managers and technicians of private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises
(refers to the personnel employed by private enterprises and foreign enterprises who master the core technology and management expertise of the enterprise)
2. Employees of social organizations
(including lawyers, accountants, appraisers, tax agents, patent agents and other social professionals who provide knowledge-based products and services, as well as employees of social organizations, foundations and private non-enterprise units)
3. Freelancers
(refers to those who do not work for any economic organization, institution or government department, and provide some services to the society and get paid by virtue of their knowledge, skills and expertise within the scope permitted by national laws, regulations and policies).
4. New media practitioners
(refers to the personnel who engage in or represent specific institutions in investment and financing, technology research and development, content production and release, and management activities with new media as the platform or object).
