Ceramic molding machinery is the mechanical equipment for manufacturing ceramics, which is used for ceramic molding. There are three main methods for ceramic molding, and the mechanical equipment used in different molding methods is also different:
1, plastic molding
Using plastic mud as raw material, there are many molding methods, such as vacuum extrusion, blank drawing, spinning, pressure spinning, cold pressing, hot pressing, vertical trimming, transverse trimming, wet trimming, wet bonding, etc. Among them, the ceramic machinery and equipment used mainly include pipe extruder, winch, cold press, hot press, template profiling vertical trimming machine, numerical control profiling trimming machine, horizontal machine tool, rotary table machine, etc.
2, grouting molding
Taking flowing mud as raw material and gypsum mould as equipment, it is molded by solid method or hollow method.
3, press molding method
There are five kinds of pressing with granular powder as raw material, namely, oil dry pressing, semi-dry pressing, isostatic pressing, hot die casting and roll forming, among which dry pressing and semi-dry pressing use a friction press, isostatic pressing use an isostatic press, hot die casting use a hot die casting machine, and roll forming use a ceramic roller.
Second, the factors that should be considered in selecting ceramic molding machinery
Different ceramic forming methods use different ceramic forming machinery and equipment. A ceramic product can use different mechanical equipment, but the technical and economic effects of different equipment may also be very different. The following factors should be considered comprehensively when selecting:
1. Technical performance, shape complexity, wall thickness and size of ceramic products.
2. Blank performance.
3. Mass production of ceramic products.
4. Manufacturing technology level.
5, product qualification rate, production efficiency, production cost, process complexity, labor intensity and working conditions of workers.
