(5) Welfare: There is indeed a monthly transportation subsidy of 150 yuan, but the department will deduct 30 yuan on the pretext of "reimbursing overtime fares for others", but the actual amount received is only 120 yuan. As for insurance, it is said to be "seven insurances", but it would be good to cover all "five insurances" stipulated by the state.
