N95 mask structure

N95 mask has three layers.

N95 mask is mainly made of non-woven fabrics, which are oriented or random fibers relative to woven fabrics. The nose bridge strip in N95 mask is also called mask strip and shaping strip. Mainly made of metal, it can fix the mask on the bridge of the nose, support the mask and increase the fit between the mask and the nose frame.

N95 mask has a three-layer structure. The first layer is PP non-woven fabric, which is mainly used to isolate large particles, and the second layer is meltblown fabric. Melt-blown fabric is a kind of film made of polypropylene, which is composed of many fibers criss-crossing in random directions. The fiber diameter ranges from 0.5 to 10 micron, which is the core isolation layer of N95 mask and has a good filtering effect on virus-containing droplets or aerogels. The third layer is skin-friendly PP non-woven fabric, which is dry and comfortable.

How to wear a mask correctly;

1. Face the side of the mask without the nose clip so that the nose clip is above the mask. Hold the mask on your face with your hand and hold it against your chin.

2. Pull the headband above to your head and put the macro code on your head.

3. Pull the lower headband over your head and put it under your ears behind your neck.

4. Put your fingers in the middle of the metal nose clip, move your fingertips along both sides of the nose clip and press inward at the same time until the nose clip is completely pressed into the shape of the bridge of the nose. Holding the nose clip of the mask with only one hand may affect the tightness of the mask.
