1. The penalty for not having a Chinese label is as follows:

Naked food and other naked products that are difficult to label according to product characteristics may not be labeled.
Article 125 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law
In violation of the provisions of this law, in any of the following circumstances, the food safety supervision and administration department of the people's government at or above the county level shall confiscate the illegal income and the food and food additives illegally produced and operated, and may also confiscate the tools, equipment, raw materials and other articles used for illegal production and operation; If the value of food and food additives illegally produced and operated is less than 1 10,000 yuan, a fine ranging from 5,000 yuan to 50,000 yuan shall be imposed; If the value of the goods is more than 10 thousand yuan, a fine of more than five times and less than ten times the value of the goods shall be imposed; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be ordered to stop production or business until the license is revoked: (1) producing and selling food and food additives contaminated by packaging materials, containers and means of transport; (two) the production and operation of unlabeled prepackaged foods, food additives or food and food additives whose labels and instructions do not conform to the provisions of this law; (three) the production and operation of genetically modified foods are not marked according to the regulations; (4) Food producers and business operators purchase or use food raw materials, food additives and food-related products that do not meet food safety standards. 2. What are the signs on the product or product packaging?
According to the provisions of relevant national laws and regulations, products or product packaging should have the following nine kinds of marks:

2. Product name, factory name and address indicated in Chinese. Imported products sold in the domestic market must also have Chinese signs;

6. A trademark approved and registered by the industrial and commercial department shall be marked with "R" or "Note";

8. The manufacturer shall indicate the code number, number and name of the implemented standard on the product or its description and packaging. China's current standards are divided into four levels: national standards (GB), industrial standards (HB), local standards (DB) and enterprise standards (QB).
9. Products that have obtained relevant national quality certification can use corresponding safety or conformity certification marks on the products or packaging.
