Extruded concrete pump
There are three types: rotor type double roll type, straight tube type three roll type and belt type double groove type. Rotor-type double-roller concrete pump consists of hopper, pump body, extrusion hose, vacuum system and power system. The pump body is sealed, the rotor frame in the pump body is equipped with two planetary rollers, the inner wall of the pump body is lined with a rubber pad, and the inner periphery of the rubber pad is equipped with an extrusion hose. The power device drives the planetary roller to rotate, the rubber hose is crushed by extrusion, and the concrete in the hose is squeezed into the conveying pipe and discharged. The vacuum system keeps a certain degree of vacuum in the pump body, so that the extruded rubber hose can be restored immediately after being squashed, and the concrete in the hopper can be quickly sucked into the extruded rubber hose. The displacement of extrusion concrete pump depends on the radius and speed of rotor, the diameter of extrusion hose and the volumetric efficiency of concrete suction. Legend:
Hydraulic diaphragm concrete pump
It consists of a hopper, a pump body, a diaphragm, a control valve, a water pump and a water tank. The diaphragm is in the pump body. When the water under the diaphragm is pumped back to the water tank by the water pump through the control valve, the diaphragm sinks, and the concrete in the hopper presses the check valve and enters the pump body. When the water pump pumps the water in the water tank back to the pump body through the control valve, the pressure water lifts the diaphragm, closes the one-way valve, and presses the concrete into the delivery pipe for discharge.
The concrete pump has high productivity and can transport concrete horizontally and vertically at one time.
