When restarting, the induced draft fan and secondary fan should be started first, and the combustible gas in the furnace should be purged first, and then the primary fan should be started, so as to quickly increase the air volume, fluidize the bed material, and then quickly feed coal. Gradually transition to normal fluidized combustion and normal operation. It is forbidden to open manhole door during boiler pressure fire. If the pressure fire lasts for a long time and the bed temperature drops too much, it can be started. After the bed temperature rises normally, pressure fire again. The details are as follows: (1) Check that the boiler has the starting conditions. (2) Open the oven door to observe the status of the static material layer, and if it is coking, if it is, pull it out with a rake and then close the oven door. (3) Contact other related majors and prepare to start. (4) According to the bed temperature, decide whether to inject oil. (5) Start the fans in turn, adjust the air volume to make the material laminar, then start the coal feeder, adopt the method of pulse small amount of coal feeding, pay attention to observe the change of oxygen content, and start continuous coal feeding after confirming that the coal is on fire smoothly, gradually increase the coal feeding amount, control the bed temperature to rise slowly to the normal value, and start to pick up the load. (6) After successful startup, a small amount of slag should be discharged. When the circulating fluidized bed boiler is pressed against fire, in order to prevent the fire from extinguishing when the fire is raised, the temperature of the material layer is higher (depending on the coal quality), and the temperature of the furnace wall and heating surfaces is also higher than that when the boiler is stopped, and there are more materials at the bottom, so it stores much more heat than the pulverized coal boiler with the same size.
