They make full use of the special bonded and tax-free policies of the Comprehensive Bonded Zone in the park to carry out bonded warehousing, complete machine assembly production, maintenance and other businesses of aerospace equipment. Promote the clustering and large-scale development of the aviation industry. There are existing Jiucheng general aviation helicopter assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, and display projects in the park. Zhongfa Junrong helicopter assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, and display projects mainly carry out Russian "Ansat" helicopters, farmer helicopters, Mi series and For the assembly, manufacturing and maintenance of Ka series helicopters, a temporary take-off and landing site has been successfully applied for and approved, which can provide a test flight site for general aviation companies in the region, forming a certain basis for the aviation industry to gather.
2. Preliminary work of the project
Jiuhua General Airport has been included in the "Hunan Provincial General Airport Layout Plan". The site has been approved by the Hunan Civil Aviation Administration of China and has been reported to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission. The General Aviation Town of Xiangtan City has been selected and settled in the Xiangtan Economic Development Zone after approval by the Municipal Self-Regulation Bureau, and a balanced investment and financing plan is being prepared.
3. Project construction content
The project planning area is about 2,700 acres, mainly including the construction of general aviation airport, as well as aircraft manufacturing and sales, operation support services, operation services, aviation talent education and training , emergency rescue, aviation tourism, aviation theme park, etc., it is planned to build a new general aviation industry city with both military and civilian uses.
