(4) There shall be no less than 70 skilled workers at or above the intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.

3, enterprise engineering performance

In the past 10 years, it has undertaken general contracting or main project contracting of three of the following seven categories, of which 1 ~ 2 is at least 1 and 3 ~ 5 is at least 1, and the project quality is qualified.

(1) 2 dams of reservoirs and hydropower stations with a storage capacity of more than 50 million cubic meters and a dam height of more than15m or a storage capacity of more than100000 cubic meters and a dam height of more than 50m;

(2) 4 sluices (excluding rubber dams, etc.). ) flood discharge ≥ 500m3/s;

(3) 2 hydropower stations with total installed capacity100 MW;

(4) 2 pumping stations with a total installed capacity of 5MW (or flow rate ≥25 m3/s);

(5) 4 hydraulic tunnels with diameter ≥ 6m (or other types with equal cross-sectional area) and length ≥ 500m;

(6) More than 500,000 cubic meters of hydraulic concrete pouring, more than 6.5438+200,000 cubic meters of earth and stone filling of dam body, more than 6.5438+200,000 meters of grouting or more than 80,000 square meters of cutoff wall have been completed annually;

(7) Water conservancy and hydropower projects with a single contract value of 1 100 million yuan or more.

Level 3 qualification standard:

1, enterprise assets

The net assets are more than 8 million yuan.

2. Key personnel of the enterprise

(1) There shall be no less than 8 registered construction engineers specializing in water conservancy and hydropower engineering.

(2) The technical person in charge has more than 5 years working experience in technical management of engineering construction, and has the intermediate title of water conservancy and hydropower engineering or the qualification of registered construction engineer of water conservancy and hydropower engineering; There shall be no less than 10 persons with intermediate or above titles in water conservancy and hydropower engineering related majors.

Those who have obtained any 1 super construction general contracting qualification and two first-class construction general contracting qualifications for housing construction, highways, railways, municipal utilities, ports, waterways, water conservancy and hydropower can undertake the construction general contracting, project general contracting and project management business of the above-mentioned professional projects, and have corresponding design leading professionals to carry out construction drawing design business.

3. After obtaining the special 1 construction general contracting qualification and two first-class construction general contracting qualifications in the fields of building construction, mining, smelting, petrochemical, electric power, etc., they can undertake the construction general contracting, project general contracting and project management business of the above-mentioned professional projects, and have corresponding design leading professionals to carry out construction drawing design business.

4, super qualified enterprises, limited to undertake the construction of a single contract amount of more than 60 million yuan of housing construction projects.

First-class enterprise: can undertake the construction of various water conservancy and hydropower projects.

Secondary enterprise: it can undertake the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects below medium scale and hydraulic structures below Grade III, but the scale of the following projects is limited to the following scope: the dam height is below 70 meters, the total installed capacity of hydropower station is below 150MW, the diameter of hydraulic tunnel is below 8m (or other types with equal cross-sectional area) and the length is below1000m, and the dike grade is below Grade II.

Grade III enterprise: it can undertake the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects with a single contract amount of less than 60 million yuan: the general contract of small-scale (1) type water conservancy and hydropower projects with hydraulic structures below Grade 4, but the following projects are limited to the following scope: the dam height is less than 40m, the total installed capacity of hydropower stations is less than 20MW, the total installed capacity of pumping stations is less than 800KW, and the diameter of hydraulic tunnels is less than 6m (or other types with the same cross-sectional area).

Note: 1. Water conservancy and hydropower projects refer to all kinds of projects (including supporting and ancillary projects) aimed at flood control, irrigation, power generation, water supply, waterlogging elimination and improvement of water environment.
