(1) Horizontal mixer ribbon: Horizontal double ribbon mixer is the most commonly used mixer in feed industry. There are two kinds of this kind of mixer: single shaft and double shaft, which are mainly composed of machine body, rotor, transmission part and control part. It can move materials from one end to the other and rotate and mix materials at the same time. Horizontal mixers are generally equipped with one or several discharge ports, or with fully movable bottom doors, including small door, large door and turnover type. For example, the SLHWC series slag-free mixer is a flip-open door dumping.
Paddle type: the horizontal mixer can be equipped with paddles (plows or shoes) to improve its liquid addition level. The paddle mixer has a good mixing effect on materials. But it can hardly move the material from one end to the other in the mixer. Therefore, when mixing dry materials, the mixing time of paddle mixer is longer than that of ribbon mixer.
Plough-knife type: Plow-knife mixer is composed of transmission part, horizontal cylinder, shaft of plow-knife group, flying knife group, discharge valve and liquid spraying device. After the mixer is started, the plow blade rotates around the plow blade shaft to drive the materials to move along the cylinder, and at the same time, the materials are thrown out along the normal direction on both sides of the plow blade. When the thrown and circumferentially moving materials flow through the flying knife group, the flying knife rotating at high speed breaks them up quickly and forcefully, and the materials can be mixed evenly in a short time with high mixing accuracy under the dual action of the plow and the flying knife. For the materials that need solid-liquid mixing, the mixed liquid is evenly sprayed on the materials in the cylinder through the liquid spraying device for compound movement.
(2) Flip-over Slag-free Mixer This series of mixers is a new type of flip-over Slag-free premix and compound feed mixed processing equipment developed by Feed Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The invention is suitable for mixing various powdery materials in the industries of feed, grain, food, chemical industry, medicine and the like, and has the characteristics of high mixing uniformity, no mixing dead angle, beautiful appearance, compact structure and convenient operation. The discharging adopts turnover structure, and each batch of 50 ~ 100 kg has a mobile charging car with the same volume under the machine body. The discharging is thorough and fast, which solves the problems of residue and cross-contamination. During the use of the universal mixer, the stirred materials or dust are easily brought into the bearing by the rotating spindle, which greatly reduces the service life of the bearing and affects the use effect of the whole machine. The turnover mixer adopts a new spindle sealing structure, which has good sealing effect, convenient use and low manufacturing cost. This unique patented design of mixing box and shaft transmission effectively protects the bearing and prolongs the service life of the whole machine.
(3) Spiral cone vertical mixer: Spiral cone mixer has two types: single-arm spiral mixing and twin-screw mixing. Among them, the double helix mixer is a new and efficient powder mixing equipment. The equipment is widely used for mixing powdery and granular materials in medicine, food, chemical industry, pesticide, metallurgy, petroleum, machinery manufacturing, agricultural seeds and feed industries. The machine has strong adaptability to mixed materials, does not overheat heat-sensitive materials, does not break and grind granular materials, does not cause delamination and segregation when mixing materials with different specific gravity and particle size, and has good adaptability to mixing coarse materials, fine materials, ultrafine powder particles, fibers or flaky materials. Twin-screw mixer also has the characteristics of fast mixing speed, high mixing accuracy, low power consumption, large loading coefficient and long service life.
Vertical mixer: Vertical mixer is an advanced and efficient powder mixing equipment. It is mainly composed of the following four parts: reducer, cylinder, ribbon stirring mechanism and discharging mechanism. In operation, the equipment is directly driven by the cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and the mixing is realized by the spiral belt stirring mechanism. When working, part of the material is lifted by the central screw shaft from bottom to top, and part of the material is thrown out of the stud body and enters the belt surface of the outer ring. At the same time, the spiral belt also rotates rapidly, so that the materials are inclined or thrown up along the surface of the spiral belt. The material rising to the top flows downward by its own weight, so that the house materials in the cone are mixed, dislocated, stopped, diffused and convected with each other, and the irregular movement in the whole circumferential direction is realized, thus achieving the purpose of uniform mixing in a short time.
