How to make braised pork soft and delicious

When stewing the meat, tap it gently with a stick to make the braised meat soft and delicious.

When setting up a stall in summer, wet a piece of cloth with cold water and place it on the braised pork to prevent it from spoiling.

If the color of your braised pork is okay when it comes out of the pot, but it turns blue and black after being left for a while.

Then you can try this method. If you add too much sauce color, the color will be okay right out of the pot, but after drying, some parts will turn black. You can use less sauce color or use red yeast rice. You can try red and other pigments instead of caramel color.
