In fact, its fixed bed thickness is maintained by dynamic coal feeding and ash discharging, that is, in the gasification process, while ash discharging, feeding is carried out to maintain the relative fixed bed. From the dynamic point of view, in fact, the material layer moves from top to bottom, so fixed bed gasification is also called moving bed gasification. According to the requirements of Coal Quality Standard for Fixed Bed Gas Producers, there are ten main contents. Of course, the minimum quality standard for selecting coal for gasification is to meet the ten requirements in the standard. If one of the ten requirements is not met, gasification in the furnace is not impossible, but the deterioration of furnace conditions after entering the furnace will also lead to the decline of gas quality and large coal consumption, and may also lead to accidents in furnace equipment and purification equipment.
