1. Bucket wheel mechanism: it is the working mechanism for taking materials, including bucket wheel and its driving device. There are three types of bucket wheels: unformatted, semi-formatted and formatted. The bucket with unformed bucket wheel has no bucket bottom. In the non-discharging area, the bulk material in the bucket is blocked by the arc baffle fixed on the arm frame, and the bulk material slides on the arc baffle. There is no arc baffle in the unloading area, only a fixed chute. When the hopper rotates with the wheel body to the unloading area, the materials in the hopper slide to the belt conveyor through the chute under the action of their own weight. Its unloading interval is large, so the bucket wheel has a high rotation speed, which can improve the working ability and unload viscous materials. The structure of the semi-format bucket wheel is similar to that of the non-format bucket wheel, except that the bucket wall extends to the center of the bucket wheel, which increases the distance between the arc baffle and the wheel body, thus reducing the possibility of material jamming between the arc baffle and the wheel body. The bottom of each bucket with a lattice bucket wheel is a fan-shaped inclined chute, but there are fixed side baffles in the non-discharging area. When the bucket rotates with the wheel body to a certain height, the bulk materials in the bucket begin to slide along the fan-shaped chute to the center of the bucket wheel. After the bucket reaches the discharge area, because there is no side baffle to stop it, the bulk material slides to the belt conveyor through the chute and the discharge plate. The format bucket wheel is slow to discharge and needs a larger bucket wheel diameter, but it will not cause material blockage and is suitable for hard materials. Among the three kinds of bucket wheels, no format is the most widely used. Bucket wheel has two transmission modes, mechanical and hydraulic, and generally does not need speed regulation.
2. slewing mechanism: it consists of slewing bearing and driving device, which is used to make the boom rotate left and right. In order to ensure that the bucket shovel can be loaded at any position of the boom, the rotation speed should be automatically and steplessly adjusted within the range of 0.0 1 ~ 0.2 rpm according to certain rules. Most of them are driven by DC motor or hydraulic pressure.
3. Cantilever belt conveyor: used for conveying materials. When stacking and taking materials, the conveyor belt needs to run back and forth.
4. Tail car: the mechanism connecting the belt conveyor and bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer in the yard. The conveyor belt of the yard belt conveyor bypasses the two rollers on the frame of the tail car and runs in an S shape, so that the materials can be transferred from the yard belt conveyor to the bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer during stacking.
5. Pitching mechanism and running mechanism: both are similar to the corresponding mechanisms in portal crane.
