In addition, silicone quaternary ammonium salt can also improve the tear resistance and wear resistance of fabrics. When it is used to finish pure cotton fabric, the tear resistance and wear resistance of the finished fabric are higher than those of the unfinished fabric. Adding silicone quaternary ammonium salt into leather, metal and paint can greatly enhance the antibacterial and mildew-proof effects. Adding silicone quaternary ammonium salt into leather fatliquoring agent and finishing diluent not only increases softness and conjunctival firmness, but also has a particularly outstanding mildew-proof effect. Adding a certain amount of silicone quaternary ammonium salt into the anti-corrosion protective coating of ship bottom can not only inhibit corrosion, but also greatly improve the effectiveness of preventing algae and other organisms from attaching, maintain the speed of the ship and extend the maintenance cycle of the ship.
