Polyurethane board
PU board is also called polyurethane sandwich panel, polyurethane composite board and polyurethane energy-saving panel, and the correct name is polyurethane thermal insulation sandwich panel for building, which conforms to the national standard GB/T23932-2009 and replaces the old standard JC/T868-2000.
This product is a bimetallic, monometallic and nonmetallic composite board with polyurethane rigid foam as insulation layer, which is usually used in the wall and roof enclosure system of industrial workshops, logistics warehouses and integrated house.
When the bonding strength of polyurethane sandwich panel is not less than 0.09MPa, the combustion performance of sandwich panel reaches B 1, the deflection of sandwich panel is Lo/200(Lo is the support spacing), and the bending bearing capacity of sandwich panel is not less than 0.5Kn/m2. The effective width of the plate is usually 1000mm, and the length can be customized.
The production of polyurethane sandwich panel needs advanced continuous production line of sandwich panel. Pu fabric, that is, leather-like fabric, is a synthetic material with the characteristics of genuine leather texture and durability. Since the pu material is so good, let's take a closer look at the characteristics of pu material:
1, good physical properties, bending resistance, good flexibility, high tensile strength and good air permeability. The pattern of PU fabric is to press a layer of patterned paper on the surface of semi-finished leather, and then separate the paper skin after cooling, and carry out surface treatment.
2. It has high air permeability, temperature permeability up to 8000- 14000g/24h/cm2, high peeling strength and high water pressure resistance, and is an ideal material for the top and bottom layers of waterproof and breathable clothing fabrics.
3. The price is high. The price of some special PU fabrics is 2-3 times higher than that of PVC fabrics. Generally, the patterned paper needed by PU fabrics can only be discarded after 4-5 times.
4. The embossing roller has a long service life, so the cost of PU leather is higher than that of PVC leather.
5. It has thermoplasticity and spinnability, and can be made into plastics and fibers.
