Is Zhuhai College of Hong Kong a navy division?

Due to the low ranking and relatively simple entry threshold, many friends think that Zhuhai College is a "diploma workshop" and a "king of water"!

However, some majors in the school are also very powerful, such as journalism and architecture.

The architecture course of this school is one of the three institutions accredited by the Hong Kong Institute of Architecture, and the other two are the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

The graduate internship of the journalism and communication department of this school is the official internship position of CNN. At present, I am also communicating with CCTV.

Zhuhai College is the second institution of higher learning in the history of Hong Kong. Zhuhai College was originally a "private Zhuhai University" and was founded in 1947. The original campus is located in Zhusigang No.2 Road, Dongshan District, Guangzhou, and was founded by Nan Di Chen, China writer Huang Linshu, Guangzhou Mayor Li, Yin Fangpu and educator Jiang. 1949 moved to hong kong due to the change of regime in the mainland, becoming the first private university in hong kong. Due to a series of political reasons, the British Hong Kong initially only recognized the degrees awarded by its public universities in Hong Kong, so the private colleges were renamed as "Zhuhai College" due to the restrictions of the Education Ordinance of Hong Kong at that time. However, Zhuhai College was registered as "Zhuhai University" in the Ministry of Education of the Republic of China, and was awarded a degree by Taipei. It has become the only university in Hong Kong that has been recognized by Taiwan Province Province, and its international recognition is equivalent to a university degree in Taiwan Province Province. /kloc-in the 1990s, Zhuhai College began to co-organize degree courses with other overseas universities.

With the migration of time, Zhuhai began to take a historic step. In order to attract more talents at home and abroad, Zhuhai College passed the accreditation of institutions and seven degree programs of the Hong Kong Council for Academic Accreditation in May 2004, was registered as "Zhuhai College" in July of the same year, and was approved by the Chief Executive in Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in June of the same year. However, Zhuhai College did not participate in the joint enrollment plan in Hong Kong. In 2006, ten degree courses in the Faculty of Arts, Polytechnic and Business School passed the accreditation of the Hong Kong Council for Academic Accreditation, and obtained a number of locally recognized degrees.

Up to now, Zhuhai has offered "Taiwan Province Province" degree courses in the name of Zhuhai University and "Hong Kong * * * accredited" degree courses in the name of Zhuhai College. Pre-university classes in Zhuhai are the only way for Hong Kong and even the mainland to apply for universities in Taiwan Province Province, and the success rate of graduates applying for universities in Taiwan Province Province such as Taiwan Province University and Tsinghua University (Taiwan Province Province) remains high. However, with the graduation of the senior students who study the "Taiwan Province Province" degree course, Zhuhai Academy will complete its historical role. In addition, Zhuhai College has applied in Hong Kong to be renamed Zhuhai University instead of Zhuhai College. At present, the examination and approval work has reached the final stage, and it is expected that Zhuhai will be officially renamed in 2008.

campus

The early school building of Zhuhai College is located in Mong Kok, near the train bridge. Later, the college also moved into the new campus in Tsuen Wan. At present, after Zhuhai College was recognized by Hong Kong, the new campus is located at No.80, Castle Peak Bay Section, Castle Peak Road, Tuen Mun.
