Why not tear down Huangcheng Town in Linzi?

According to relevant information, Huangcheng Town in Linzi has been demolished. On October 27th, 2020/KLOC-0, the website of Linzi District People's Government released the Master Plan of Huangcheng Town in Linzi District of Zibo City (20 19-2030), which has been compiled. According to the relevant provisions of the Urban and Rural Planning Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the construction of small towns is being steadily promoted, the functions of towns are being improved, and Huangcheng Town is initially built into a beautiful small town in eastern Zibo. Therefore, the Emperor Town of Linzi has been demolished.
