Organize the State Key Laboratory of Semiconductor Lighting Joint Innovation (Institute of Semiconductor, Chinese Academy of Sciences)

The State Key Laboratory has set up six branches temporarily, and branches and sub-centers can be expanded as needed in the future. There are several research projects under the Division, and the expert responsibility system is implemented. According to the task objectives set by the board of directors, the responsible experts are responsible for subdividing individual technologies together with the superior units, decomposing R&D tasks into separate modules, selecting independent objects to undertake, and completing major technological breakthroughs through effective integration and complementarity of resources.

1, Basic Materials Technology Research Department

The emphasis is on the theoretical research of 200 lm/W medium and long-term technology and the exploration of new white light technology route. The main research contents include GaN homogeneous substrate epitaxy technology, deep ultraviolet LED preparation technology, phosphorus-free LED epitaxy technology and so on.

2. Core Key Equipment Research Department

The emphasis is on the innovative research on the technical integration of the core key devices. The main research contents include large-size 150 lm/W high-power and high-brightness LED epitaxy, chip preparation technology, large-size substrate preparation, power packaging and module technology.

3. * * * Applied Technology and Systems Research Department

Focus on solving key technologies such as light, electricity, heat, machinery, software and intelligent control system, develop low-cost and high-reliability system integration technology and standardized and standardized application products, and develop intelligent lighting control system.

4, innovative lighting application technology research department

Focus on solving the innovative application technology research of semiconductor lighting in agriculture, disease treatment, optical internet, aviation, aerospace and other interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary fields, carry out new basic theoretical research on lighting, and establish a standard system.

5. Intellectual Property Application and Strategic Research Department

Focus on the application and strategic research of intellectual property rights of semiconductor lighting. The main research contents include dynamic monitoring of industrial development, research on policies and regulations, continuous research on patent strategy, establishment of patent early warning mechanism, establishment of patent pool, and strengthening the transformation of patent achievements.

6. Comprehensive and Operation Management Department

Responsible for the management and service of public affairs related to laboratory project management, finance, personnel and administration, including independent accounting management of laboratory finance, preparation of annual financial budget, establishment and adjustment of laboratory organization and post, establishment and improvement of personnel system, talent recruitment, selection and introduction, personnel employment management, and management and service of administrative and public affairs. Establish laboratory internal quality management system and related quality management system; Responsible for real-time monitoring of the operational effectiveness of the departmental system; Be fully responsible for the formulation and management of quality management system, and organize the audit and certification of quality management system.
