Does it constitute patent infringement to recycle old ink cartridges patented by other enterprises and manufacture and sell recycled ink cartridges?

After recycling old ink cartridges patented by other enterprises, manufacturing new ink cartridges based on these raw materials constitutes patent infringement if they still fall within the protection scope of related patents;

After recycling old ink cartridges patented by other enterprises, manufacturing new ink cartridges based on these raw materials does not constitute patent infringement if it does not fall within the protection scope of related patents;

Recycling old ink cartridges that other enterprises enjoy patent rights and selling them without treatment does not constitute patent infringement, whether it belongs to the protection scope of relevant patent rights or not;
