Handle and mediate patent disputes according to law, and investigate and deal with patent counterfeiting; Supervise and manage patent agencies according to law and promote the construction of patent intermediary service system.
(four) in conjunction with the relevant departments to promote the development of intellectual property industry in this Municipality; Guide and standardize the patent technology market, and manage the filing of patent transfer contracts, patent licensing contracts and patent application right transfer contracts; To guide and standardize the evaluation of intangible assets of intellectual property rights in conjunction with relevant departments; Promote the pledge of patent rights.
(five) responsible for the construction of the patent information service system in this Municipality, and promoting the dissemination and utilization of patent information in conjunction with relevant departments; Responsible for organizing the establishment of early warning and emergency response mechanisms for intellectual property rights; Undertake patent statistics.
(six) to coordinate the foreign-related intellectual property affairs in this Municipality and carry out international liaison, cooperation and exchange activities in patent work.
(seven) to organize the publicity and popularization of patent laws, regulations and policies; To organize the formulation of intellectual property education and training plans in this Municipality, and organize their implementation.
(eight) to undertake other tasks assigned by the municipal government.
