Patent certificate is divided into invention patent certificate, utility model patent certificate and design patent certificate.

The first page of the invention patent certificate records the following contents: the name of the invention, the name of the inventor, the patent number, the date of patent application, the name of the patentee (i.e. the name of the applicant), the date of authorization announcement, the signature of the then director China National Intellectual Property Administration and the seal of China National Intellectual Property Administration. The patent certificate also includes the patent authorization text.
