Other manufacturers are also included in the price if they want to charge patent licensing fees.
There are some special instructions.
For example, imagination's power vr series of GPUs, when chip companies design soc, if they decide to adopt their GPUs, they must pay licensing fees and obtain technical information. After the design scheme comes out, the gpu purchase price is calculated separately, excluding the licensing fee. The same is true for other wifi chips. Some of them are free. For example, the gpu authorization of mali system is given away by buying the architecture for free.
The source of soc licensing patent fee is complex and needs to be calculated separately.
