What is the patent?
Patent right refers to the exclusive right enjoyed by the creator of an invention to disclose his invention. But from different angles, "patent" has different meanings: (1) In the legal sense, patent is the abbreviation of patent right. Refers to the right recognized by law. Refers to the exclusive right enjoyed by the patentee for his invention and creation according to law, that is, the patent right. The patent right is protected by the patent law, and the patent inventor submits the patent application for his invention and creation to the competent state department for acceptance and examination according to certain legal procedures. For inventions that conform to the provisions of the patent law, the patent office grants exclusive rights, that is, patent rights. It is exclusive, and the patentee enjoys exclusive rights to his invention and creation within the validity period stipulated in the patent law. (2) As far as technological inventions are concerned, patents are inventions for which patents have been obtained. Refers to patented technology with exclusive rights.
