On 1996, the Technical Center of Coconut Tree Group was jointly recognized as a national technical center by the State Economic and Trade Commission of People's Republic of China (PRC), the General Administration of Customs and State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China. At present, the center has 128 employees and 15 branches. Since its establishment, the center has successfully developed nearly 100 new products, such as litchi refreshing, canned aloe, high-fiber coconut, calcium milk for students, tea drinks and so on. The development system of Coconut Tree Group Technology Center includes decision-making layer (chairman, technical general manager), management layer (relevant departments of the group) and executive layer (branches).

In 200 1 year, our group continued to implement the guiding ideology of "focusing on technological transformation and new product development" and embarked on a development path of less investment and more output in line with the principle of "grasping both hands and being hard at both hands".

(1), pay attention to technical transformation and improve the equipment level of enterprises.

Last year, our group invested 10 million yuan to transform the paint drying device in the can-making workshop, replacing the original electric drying device with gas drying equipment; Invested 6.5438+0.2 million yuan to improve the packaging equipment of soybean milk, and changed the semi-manual packaging into full machinery, which greatly improved the work efficiency.

(2), grasp the technical progress, improve the product grade.

The technical center of the Group put forward the plan of developing "two milks, two waters and one tea", in which two milks are milk and soybean milk, two waters are mineral water and fruit juice (sterile infusion), and one tea is tea beverage. In 200 1 year, our group achieved good results in soybean milk production, with sales increasing by 25%, and was designated as "national soybean action demonstration enterprise" by the state. After the transformation of mineral water production conditions, the product grade has been greatly improved. Tea drinks have been put on the market and the market feedback is good.

Relying on technical progress and technical transformation, coconut trees have established their own technical advantages in the fierce market competition, enhanced the competitiveness of enterprises in the market and increased the development potential of enterprises. In 200 1 year, the output value of new products of the group reached 340 million yuan, and the profit was 654.38+0.2 million, both of which were greatly improved over the previous year. Litchi Shuang was recognized by the State Economic and Trade Commission as a national key new product in 20001year, a high-tech product in Hainan Province, and volcanic mineral water as a key scientific and technological innovation project by the Economic and Trade Department of Hainan Province.

It is the development strategy of our group to cultivate the core competitiveness of enterprises and improve their market competitiveness through technological innovation. Our company is located in Hainan, with the unique advantages of tropical fruits and pure and high-quality groundwater. Enterprises should strengthen the construction of core competitiveness around this advantage. The leading product of our company, natural coconut juice, is made of Hainan specialty coconut. At first, the key technical problems of oil-water separation in the same industry were solved, and it was successfully developed and put into production on a large scale. 1988 applied for the patent of "a production method of natural coconut milk" in China and was authorized, and then applied for the patent in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Japan and other countries and was authorized. 198. "Improved preparation method of coconut milk beverage and products prepared by this method" applied for a patent in China Patent Office again, and 200 1 was granted. This product has a market share of more than 95% among similar products of coconut juice, which promotes the development of coconut cultivation in Hainan. The industry standard of coconut juice is drafted according to the enterprise standard of our group.

According to the demand of domestic and foreign beverage markets, Coconut Tree Group pays close attention to new technologies, new methods and new raw materials in food manufacturing, actively engages in the research and development of high-tech products, and adopts the development policy of "producing a batch, developing a batch and conceiving a batch" in product development to produce products with high added value, high efficiency and high technology content.

In 200 1 year, the technology center successfully developed canned aloe, which solved the technical key of bitter, astringent and easy browning of aloe with advanced technology, kept all the effective components of aloe well, and had certain health care functions. This project has been declared as a national key technological innovation project. Sweet corn milk beverage is also one of the successfully developed products of 200 1. After novelty search, the product has novelty in processing technology, good feedback after being put on the market, and broad market prospects. This project was listed as a key technological innovation project in Hainan Province in 2002. These two products passed the new product appraisal organized by Hainan Economic and Trade Department in June 2002.
