Application Scope:
In the past two years, enterprises, institutions and various social organizations have developed or produced through original innovation, integrated innovation or introduction, digestion, absorption and re-innovation. Products that represent the development direction of advanced technology, have core independent intellectual property rights, clear property rights, reliable quality, and have great market prospects or can replace imported products.
Application conditions:
1. The applicant shall be registered within the administrative jurisdiction of this city in accordance with the law, have a sound financial accounting system, and have good operating conditions and credit records;
2. The applied product conforms to the national and this city’s industrial development orientation, and has important improvements and innovations in structure, materials, processes, etc.;
3. New technologies, new processes and technologies formed during the development and production process of the applied product Creative design, etc., for patent rights (referring to invention patents and utility model patents), exclusive rights to integrated circuit layout design, software copyrights and other intellectual property rights that have been applied for or approved by the state, the rights holders are the applicant and the rights and interests are clear;
4. The applied products are of reliable quality and comply with relevant national, provincial and municipal product quality standards and relevant production and sales regulations and specific requirements.
5. The applied products should be manufactured within the administrative jurisdiction of Qingdao City; however, products applied by enterprises with operating income of more than 500 million yuan in the previous year are not subject to restrictions on origin.
6. Products that were identified as the first (set) technical equipment and key core component projects in Shandong Province and the first version of high-end software in Shandong Province in the year of review were approved by the relevant business department of the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau. It can be directly listed in the "Qingdao Innovative Products Recommended Catalog" if recommended by the company.
