Vegetarian every day, why do you get fatty liver?

Everyone knows that fat people are prone to fatty liver, so they should "light diet" for health. What is a "light diet"? Many people think they are only vegetarians and don't eat meat. Vegetarian every day, why do you get fatty liver? In fact, fatty liver is not only a "patent" for fat people, but also a "candidate" for fatty liver.

A light diet is not vegetarian. A light diet by nutritionists refers to foods with less oil, less sugar, less salt and less spicy food.

Many people think that it doesn't matter if they eat too much as long as they are vegetarian, but they don't know the factors. When cooking, they will add a lot of oil and spices to improve it. Whether it is vegetable oil or animal oil, as long as you eat too much oil, it will turn into fat and accumulate in the body.

Long-term vegetarian diet and low fat intake may make people eat more staple foods to satisfy their satiety. White rice, white bread, cakes, biscuits, sweet drinks and other foods contain a lot of sugar and starch, which will be converted into fat after entering the body beyond the needs of human metabolism. Under normal circumstances, the fat content of the liver is about 5%. When the fat content exceeds 10%, fatty liver is formed.

Long-term vegetarian diet, protein's intake is insufficient. High-quality protein is mostly rich in animal food, while plant protein is low in content and poor in absorption rate (except soybean protein).

The liver is like a starting car, and its normal operation cannot be separated from the daily intake of protein. When protein is deficient, apolipoprotein cannot be synthesized, which makes triglycerides accumulate in the liver, leading to fatty liver.

Don't forget to exercise while eating scientifically! Stick to exercise and don't blindly and quickly "diet to lose weight" because the weight has plummeted. If you lose more than 5 kg within 1 month, it will accelerate the entry of adipose tissue into the liver, but it will aggravate fatty liver.
