Do the references in the paper need to be marked?

The reference format for citing government documents and documents of an organization should be "technical standards" or "reports".

Technical standard format: [serial number] standard code, standard name [S]. Place of publication: Publisher, year of publication.

Report format: [Serial Number] Author. Document title [R]. Reporting place: Organizer of the report meeting, year.

Note:

References can use the following designated symbols: ":" indicates title, title description, publisher, producer, serial page number; "," is used for subsequent Responsible person, year of publication, year of production, patent document type, patent country, volume number, part number, original document title of the serially published document;

For serial number, serial number and subsequent "in the original document "position" item; "()" is used for qualifier, newspaper issue number, part number, edition number, producer, publication year; "[]" is used to identify the file type and the description content written by the author; "?"
