Can the invention patent protect the right of individual claim?
All authorized claims can be used to protect rights, mainly depending on whether the technical content you want to protect is included in the claims. If you only protect the method, if the other party only uses the same method as you in terms of materials, it should not be infringed, unless you also advocate that protecting the formula is a right. A patent can contain multiple exclusive rights, and the exclusive rights have the largest scope of protection. If the other party's product or method belongs to the exclusive right scope, it is infringement.
