According to official website information of China literature, periodical papers, patent documents, scientific and technological reports, conference proceedings and dissertations belong to the first-class documents, catalogues, indexes and abstracts belong to the second-class documents, and reviews, comments and opinions belong to the third-class documents. Folk songs are rhyming works that can be sung and recited in folk literature, belonging to three kinds of documents.
