Information required to apply for a patent
1. Identity of the applicant
Apply in the name of the company: a copy of the business license and organization code certificate is stamped with the official seal; Copy of designer's ID card
Personal name application: copy of ID card.
2. Application form: including the name of the design patent, the name of the designer, the name and address of the applicant, etc.
3. Six views of the product. For designs requiring color protection, black and white or color pictures shall be submitted. (The designed picture or photograph shall not be less than 3cm× 8cm, nor greater than 15cm× 22cm. )
4. Brief description of design
