What should I do if the single cylinder diesel engine fails to decompress?

There is a big fastening nut on the pressure reducing valve. After loosening, the shaft center is operated with an opening, and the shaft center is eccentric. When adjusting the engine without pulling the handle, it will be compressed. Just pull the handle, then fix the axis and tighten the fastening nut.

When the pressure is reduced during starting, it will be easier for the engine to start and it will be easier to reach a higher speed. When the cylinder is compressed, it is best to add self-intake and smooth outlet, which also reduces fuel consumption and increases horsepower. There is a compression ratio between the gas in the cylinder and the gas outside the cylinder of diesel engine. If the compression ratio is not reached, it may not be started, and even if it is started, it may cause insufficient fuel combustion.

Matters needing attention of single cylinder diesel engine

Fill the lubricating oil in strict accordance with the operating instructions of diesel engine and change it regularly. Air-cooled diesel engines have higher and stricter requirements for oil quality, grade and cleanliness than water-cooled diesel engines.

Air-cooled diesel engine has higher engine body temperature and higher fuel consumption than water-cooled diesel engine. Check the oil quantity frequently. Too much oil is easy to burn and even lead to out of control. Too little oil is easy to pull the cylinder and ravage it. Remove weeds, dirt and oil stains from the windshield and radiator at any time to ensure adequate airflow and good heat dissipation.
