British trademark search can generally get two results:

Step 2 submit an application
Fill in the relevant application form, sign and seal it, and submit all the prepared application materials to the British Trademark Office for processing.
Pay attention to determining the category of trademark registration when applying for a trademark. When choosing a category, besides your own business, you can also choose some related categories to prevent others from using other categories to infringe your intellectual property rights. 3. Formal review
After receiving the information of the applicant, the British Trademark Office will first examine whether the information of the registered trademark applied for is complete, and if it can, it will issue a notice of trademark acceptance.
4. Substantive review
The examiner will approximate the meaning and graphics of the trademark; Examine whether the trademark is significant; And whether the trademark meets the requirements of local laws.
If the examined trademark does not meet the requirements, the application for trademark registration will be rejected, and the applicant needs to conduct a rejection review.
Step 5 announce
After the application for registered trademark is examined and approved, it shall be announced. The announcement period is 3 months, during which anyone can raise an objection.
If there is any objection, the applicant needs to reply.
6. Complete registration
If there is no objection during the trademark announcement period, the British trademark registration is successful and the trademark registration certificate is obtained.
