Why doesn't China imitate Indian anticancer drugs?

Indian generic drugs are actually the sworn enemies of poor Gospel pharmaceutical companies, which have also caused huge losses to the pharmaceutical industry. Moreover, Indian companies claim that they are not responsible for generic drugs, which are considered as "counterfeit drugs" in China. Chapter VI of China's Patent Law is about compulsory licensing of patents. The detailed rules for implementation also came into effect on May 1 last year. But so far, China National Intellectual Property Administration has not received a compulsory patent license application. As for the reason, a professional in the industry said, "This is too complicated and involves the interests of many departments."
