The difference between stepper motors and Hall motors

The differences between stepper motors and Hall motors are as follows.

1. The control accuracy is different. According to the different driving principles, brushless DC motors are generally used in places where the control accuracy is not high, while stepper motors are used in places where the control accuracy is high.

2. The driving principles of brushless DC motors and stepper motors are different. The brushless DC motor is controlled by the alternating current provided by the Hall element positioning, and the stepper motor is directly driven by a single pulse voltage. No Hall element positioning is required.

3. The speed is different. The brushless DC motor has a higher speed than the stepper motor.
