It depends on what kind of patent you want to apply for, whether it is an invention, utility model or design;
Applying for an invention or utility model is troublesome. You have to write the application documents yourself, including a request letter, specification and other Abstract, (drawings to the description and drawings to the abstract), and claims.
Appearance design is relatively simple. Prepare a request letter and pictures or photos of the design product (six views and three-dimensional views).
The templates for each of the above documents can be downloaded from the website of the State Intellectual Property Office.
After preparing the documents, submit them to the Patent Office or one of the Patent Office’s patent agencies located in multiple locations and pay the fee.
