Compared with the spring sweeper, it mainly relies on the elastic force of the rubber rod, and at the same time, the scraper material is changed from rubber to cemented carbide, which is close to the surface of the conveyor belt after the material is separated from the conveyor belt. Clean the materials stuck on the conveyor belt.
(2) Empty section sweeper
The empty section sweeper is installed on the return branch of the conveyor belt, on the upper side of the conveyor belt, near the tail drum or at the turning drum of the vertical tensioning device, and is used to clean the materials spilled on the return branch conveyor belt. Prevent materials from being caught between the conveyor belt, the tail drum and the reversing drum. Damage to the drum and conveyor belt. Affect the normal operation of the conveyor.
(3) The alloy rubber cleaning number H
is installed at the head drum close to the conveyor belt, which is different from the above two forms, and the cleaning principle is the same as that of the alloy rubber sweeper P.
(4) The elastic balance sweeper
is installed at the head drum. It mainly relies on the elastic force of the spring to make the scraper (pepper board) fixed on the bracket close to the surface of the conveyor belt after the materials are separated from the conveyor belt to clean the materials stuck on the conveyor belt. It is the main sweeper for standard design of TD75 conveyor, and its application effect is not good.
(5) sweeper of cemented carbide scraper
is installed at the head drum, and the scraper is made of cemented carbide, which has two forms: single-piece and double-piece. By adjusting the counterweight, the pressure of the scraper on the conveyor belt is changed to achieve the effect of thoroughly cleaning materials.
