Working principle of sand roller rice mill

The working principle of this machine is to use the friction and pressure of the sand roller to break, peel and grind the rice, and finally obtain white rice grains.

The sand roller rice mill is mainly composed of a sand roller, a feed port, a discharge port, a motor and other parts. The rice enters the sand roller through the feed port. When the motor is started, the belt drives the sand roller to rotate. Friction and pressure are generated between the sand grains inside the sand roller and the rice, causing the husk of the rice to crack. After the husk is removed, the rice grains are crushed by the sand roller and finally discharged from the discharge port.
