Mitochondria labeling method in vivo

Abbkine's Mitochondrial Staining Kit is a set of fluorescence imaging tools for labeling mitochondria of living cells. The kit uses two patented mitochondrial green fluorescent dyes (Ex/Em=490/523nm) or orange fluorescent dyes (Ex/Em=579/599nm). These dyes are hydrophobic compounds, which have special advantages, that is, they basically do not fluoresce in aqueous solution. Once accumulated in the lipid environment of mitochondria, their fluorescence will be greatly enhanced, and they can dye living cells and formaldehyde-fixed cells, but the fluorescence signal will be lost after infiltration. It is suitable for high-content imaging, microplate fluorescence measurement or flow cytometry for fluorescence detection or imaging. The kit is suitable for proliferating and non-proliferating cells, including suspended cells and adherent cells.
